Quiet rooms, awesome location near the outside cafe, restaurants and the shores of the Lake.

Its breakfast was warm, we really enjoyed the location too.

That was comfortable hotel set in pretty quiet area, close enough to down to the top road into the town. The staff seemed smart. Good sized and spotless room with comfortable bed, spent our time lovely. A mini-bar, a multi-channel TV and a writing desk were available here. The venue had an amazing location close to Porto Malcesine. The services were friendly.

Everything excellent - location, views, clean room, comfortable bed, breakfast on terrace, helpful staff.

We had a fantastic stay at Excelsior Bay. The location was absolutely perfect, right on the edge of a stunning lake. Our room had a breathtaking view from the balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even cooking a meal for us when we arrived late. The pool and parking facilities were also a great bonus.

Its brilliant and spotless hotel, has stunning and great location in a quiet area along the promenade of Malcesine. All the rooms are absolutely fantastic with a generous size bathroom and the stuff are incredible. There are lots of supplies like: WiFi and a balcony. The property provided an excellant customer service during our trip. They have salad bar, secure parking and good pool. We can recommend this place to anyone, no complains at all:)))

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was exceptional, right on the edge of beautiful Lake Garda. The views from my room, the restaurant, and the terraces were absolutely idyllic. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, especially Marcello in the restaurant bar. They really contributed to a wonderful holiday experience. The room itself was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony. The pool area was fantastic, with plenty of sun loungers and a stunning view of the lake. the service and quality of this hotel were excellent.

I had an amazing holiday located near the shores of a mesmerizing lake, within a short walk to the center of a charming old town. My room was spotless with a view of the breathtaking scenery. The service was exceptional, and the breakfast was delicious, with various choices. The hotel had a lovely pool area as an added advantage. The staff was accommodating and welcoming, making my stay even more memorable.

The Wi-Fi was sometimes not reliable in certain parts of the hotel.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was simply breathtaking, with the hotel situated right on the edge of a beautiful lake. I couldn't believe the stunning views I had from my room, it was like a dream come true. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They even cooked a meal for me when I arrived late, which was such a thoughtful gesture.

Limited breakfast options and some of the staff was not very attentive. The rooms lacked amenities and could have been cleaner.

We loved the hotel's location right by the lake and its accessibility to the town via a flat parade and a lift up-and-down to the top road. The breakfast had a good selection, and the staff were nice and friendly. Also, the fenced parking area was convenient.

The hotel was conveniently located close to many attractions and we were able to explore the area easily. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, providing a nice space to relax after a long day. the staff were friendly and helpful.

Poor food quality, slow service, noise disruptions. The service was also slow and at times impolite.

our stay in malcesine was incredible. this time at the hotel excelsior bay was even better than before. the staff were exceptional - professional, polite, and kind. the food at the restaurant was lovely and the lake-facing room had beautiful views.

One thing was off - the hairdryer in the bathroom was useless.

The upgrade to a lake view room was a wonderful surprise, and sitting on the balcony each evening was pure bliss. The hotel staff, especially Marcello in the restaurant bar, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The small bay beach just a minute away was perfect for a swim and enjoying a cocktail from the hotel. It was also a quick and easy stroll into the charming town. The hotel even had a pool, although I preferred the lake. I had an amazing experience and will definitely be returning.

While my stay was fantastic, there were a few minor drawbacks. The pillows in the room were quite hard and the mattress was not very comfortable, which affected my sleep.
